Digital learning and IT support is available from teams across Central Saint Martins and UAL. Scroll down the page for more information about what each team does, or click on the links below to go directly to the service.

CSM Digital learning

If you are having technical problems or you need help with using online learning platforms, we can support you. Please get in touch!

Our online learning platforms: Moodle, Office 365, Collaborate Ultra, MS Teams, Padlet, Miro, MyBlog, Workflow

(1) Appointments only become bookable up to 1 week in advance and are available in term time only.
(2) Helpdesk is between 12 and 2pm term times only, either in the Learning Zone in Autumn and Spring terms and The Street during Summer term.

CSM Library

Adobe, Microsoft and other Library IT – Troubleshooting and basic help from the CSM Learning Zone team relating to the use of software such as Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office as well as questions around formatting and file compressing.

  • In-person support: during opening hours – ask at the Information Desk in the Learning Zone.  
  • Online support: Please use the Library online chat service.

Technical Moodle

CSM Technical Moodle is the online counterpart of the technical workshops at King’s Cross.

Please visit the site for information about the workshops, technicians, how to access, and for a wide range of online learning resources. 

MySupport

Visit MySupport to raise a ticket with IT services or the UAL Digital learning team.

Academic support

CSM Academic Support is a team of academics and practitioners who work alongside your courses to help you develop skills in areas such as critical thinking; reading; research and writing; time management; presentations; working independently and collaboratively, and more. Please book in for a conversation with them about any aspect of your work.
